What Is Stanley Cubix Laser Level?
Stanley cubix laser level is a small handheld tool used in construction. It helps in leveling surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings and furniture.
The device measures the distance between two points. You can use the tool in various ways.
For instance, if you want to install cabinets, you can use the cubix cross line laser level to check whether the wall is straight. If it is, you can then proceed with installing the cabinets.
It has a self-leveling cross line and a precision grade bubble level on top which will ensure that you get a perfectly leveled and aligned job.
They used the Stanley cubix laser level in vertical line or horizontal line for any angle within 100 degree vertical line.
It’s extended to a maximum of 16.4 ft (5m) without the need of an external support. It has a measuring range of 90ft (27m).
How to use Stanley Cubic laser level?
Step 1: First, remove any obstructions from around the area where you are going to work on your project.
Step 2: Make sure there isn’t anything like electrical cables or wires beneath the surface.
Step 3: Place an object at one end of the measuring range. For example, place something heavy on the floor. The heavier the better because this way other objects placed nearby won’t affect the reading.
Step 4: Adjust the laser beam so that it hits the target point. This means making sure that the tip of the wand touches the edge of the object.
Step 5: Move the tip towards its opposite side until the Stanley laser light reaches the center angular lines.
Step 6: Once you have reached the middle mark, move the end away from the object and read the value displayed on the LCD screen.
When done, put everything back exactly how they were before starting the measurement process.
Step 7: Repeat steps 1 through 6 for each corner of the room/wall you intend to measure.
